Over three months, we led the production of eight projects across Australia, managing logistics, labor, venue coordination, and supplier engagement. The Project

The Service
O.C.D was engaged to offer Head of Production services, taking charge of all production aspects for their client's builds throughout Australia over a three-month span. This encompassed the management of site logistics, provision of site labor, venue coordination, and communication with both suppliers and the creative team. The objective was to ensure the seamless delivery of robust design elements that met the satisfaction of both the client and the creative team.
The Result
