Project: Mardi Gras 2025

“SoldOut Events contracted Toby from OCD to support the planning and delivery of the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras Parade and Laneway Party 2025.  Toby was able to provide senior-level production support and deliver to the high standards that SoldOut Events' clients expect, and hallmark events of this scale require year after year.

As Sold Out's Head of Production for the project Toby led the project with professionalism, taking responsibility for all key  production elements, including staffing, budget management, supplier procurement, production design, client service, stakeholder engagement, risk management etc.

SoldOut Events has proudly supported the delivery of the annual Mardi Gras Parade and Laneway Party since 2021. The event attracts over 300,000 attendees along 1.5kms of parade route and includes more than 12,000 participants. In 2025, it was delivered seamlessly and on budget. 

We were extremely pleased with how Toby integrated into our existing  operations and supported our delivery.
