OCD InEvents has worked with the CarFest team since 2014, providing design, planning and operational management for one of the UK’s best-loved family festivals. Combining motorsport, live music, family entertainment and camping, the event requires extensive coordination across its site, content and commercial operations.

A Partnership Built Over Many Seasons
Our work with CarFest began back in 2014, and we have been part of its journey ever since. Year after year, we help shape how the festival runs on the ground, from the way the site is laid out to how traders, cars and campers move through it. The festival has now raised over £28 million for charities across the UK, and we are proud to have played a small part in that.

The Project
CarFest brings together high-energy motorsport, major music performances and family experiences within a large-scale festival environment.
With tens of thousands of visitors and extensive camping facilities, the project demands careful planning of site layouts, traffic flows, trader operations and feature areas.
Working alongside the UK event operations team, OCD helps translate the festival programme into practical plans that support efficient delivery and a positive experience for visitors, partners and suppliers.
The Service
OCD provides specialist personnel to work alongside the client’s UK team, supporting pre-production planning and onsite operations.
Our scope has included:
Site layout and feature design.
Project Managing signage, dressing and theming
Content planning and operational delivery.
Trader management processes and logistics.
Campsite planning and management.
Traffic management planning and coordination.
Sponsor and automotive brand account management.
Site supervision and coordination of trader, sponsor and vehicle load-in and load-out.
The Result
A longstanding working relationship spanning more than a decade, supporting CarFest’s development through detailed planning, practical problem-solving and hands-on operational delivery.
In 2026, CarFest entered a new chapter at Silverstone, bringing its distinctive mix of motorsport, music and family entertainment to the home of British motorsport.
Since launching in 2012, the festival has raised more than £28 million for UK charities. OCD is proud to have supported the team behind an event that combines memorable experiences with a meaningful charitable purpose.
